The famous american doctor Hilda Clark (1928-2009) advised cleaning the liver with the bitter salt, ie magnesium sulphate which can be bought in pharmacies. Her recipe says to mix four tablespoons bitter salt with three cups spring or bottled water and place them in a glass jar. To remedy the flavor can be added 1/8 teaspoon of vitamin C powder.
Place the jar in the refrigerator. The first cup (1/4 of solution), drink at 6 p.m, and the second quarter at 8 p.m. At 21:45 measure half cup olive oil which should be added with the juice of red grejpfrut, put in a jar with a lid and mix well until you get a clear juice like water. This prepared mixture should be washed after 10 p.m. After that go in bed as soon as you can and lie on back at least 20 min. In the morning at 8 o’clock drink the third quarter of the dose with bitter salt. Again lie down and drink at 10 am the last quarter bitter salt.
For all that time you should not eat anything. At noon drink some fruit juice, and an hour later eat something easy until the dinner. The procedure is best to plan for a weekend. Repeat it for two weeks.
