Cucumber Juice Against Pain in Joints

Cucumber juice has many health benefits. It has ability to reduce body temperature, also has alkaline properties and together with celery and ginger that have powerful anti-inflammatory properties, their combination can significantly reduce inflammation.


  • ½ lemon,
  • 1 small piece of ginger (2-3 cm),
  • 1 medium cucumber,
  • 2 celery stalks.


  • First, wash and clean the ingredients.
  • Cut the celery and cucumber in smaller pieces.
  • Lemon cut it in half: one half place in the refrigerator.
  • Grate the ginger.
  • Mix all ingredients in a blender.

Juice is consumed 1-2 times a day, to improve the condition.
