109-Year-Old Woman Says Avoiding Men Is The Secret To A Long Life
Everyone believes that the secret to longevity lies in a healthy diet, regular exercise, and a glass of red wine daily, but according to a wise, 109-year old woman, it is a bit more than that.
Before her dead, Jessie Galan, the oldest woman from Scotland (108 years old) shared her knowledge and the secret to longevity.
Back in the 205, she told the Daily Mail:
“My secret to a long life has been staying away from men. They’re just more trouble than they’re worth. I also made sure that I got plenty of exercise, eat a nice warm bowl of porridge every morning and have never gotten married. I always worked hard and seldom would I ever take a holiday. I left home when I was 13 and began a job milking cows. I always had good jobs with very nice people. It’s amazing to see how completely different the world is now from the one I grew up in.”
This woman has been independent throughout her entire life and seldom took a holiday. Her caretakers at the nursing home claim that she was an amazing, healthy, and lovely person.
